The company has six depot offices across Scotland, all of which have been fitted out and maintained by the Benchmark joinery team. We’ve completed a whole variety of joinery projects for Agricar over the years, and our quality craftsmanship brings the company back to us every time they have a new vision in mind.
Fiskens is a car dealership based in Forfar, Fife. Our team managed the full fit-out of Fiskens’ Kia depot in Forfar to reflect a new branding direction.
In 2019, Fiskens experienced flooding at its Forfar depot. The interiors had to be completely re-fitted and firedoors re-installed, all of which was handled by our team to a tight deadline so as to minimise disruption to business.
Robertson Facilities Management (Robertson FM) manages the upkeep of council-run buildings all across Scotland, including hundreds of schools and hospitals.
For the last 10 years, Benchmark has been Roberston FM’s chosen joinery partner, delivering a vast range of projects covering everything from fixing a broken toilet door to refitting a hospital kitchen.
PM Scotland is an architectural services business offering full architectural service, from inception through to completion.
We’ve completed a wide variety of joinery projects for PM Scotland, including a full clubhouse fit-out for the Forfar Farmington ladies’ football team, an extension for [Avatar’s?] head office and the complete interior refurbishment of a stately home outbuilding.
Project Management Scotland was Benchmark’s first ever client, making this our longest-standing relationship, and continues to be one of our strongest.
Redcastle Brewery is a popular micro-brewery and distillery based in Carmyllie near Arbroath.
In 2016, local farmer John Anderson began building his distillery, and he approached Benchmark to handle the fit-out of the brewery. Our team built all the custom units specific to John’s vision, ensuring they were perfectly prepped for the distillery moving in.
Established in 1922, Nutscene is an internationally-renowned sustainable garden twine manufacturer based in Forfar.
Our team managed the complete shop fit-out in their flagship store in Forfar, and we’re their go-to joinery partners for any ongoing maintenance throughout their factory too.
